The first weekend since being back at Beauxbatons had approached fast, and since the weather still held nicely, Madeleine had decided to use the time wisely. She'd woken up early, a break from her normal routine of sleeping in, and had got ready to brace the cold chill that lingered in the air. The day was Saturday, and that meant most students of Beauxbatons would spend the day down at the Animagi Village; a common place every weekend where the teenagers could shop.

Wearing jeans, a warm jumper/dress top and her converse, Maddie was already ready for the shopping day. She was also wearing her black scarf, and had decided to leave the embarrassing hat she often wore at home in her dorm. Madeleine's hair was in lovely curls this morning, and she'd spent over an hour making sure it was perfect in every way possible. She rarely had her hair in curls, and when she did it looked fantastic. Maddie had left the make-up off for today.

Maddie spent less than ten minutes leaving the common room to the short walk too the village. Once leaving the Beauxbatons grounds through the gates, she spent about five minutes walking down several winding tracks that finally led to the village. The Animagi Village was home to many amazing shops and their friendly owners; it also housed small families that ran business' in the village. Madz in previous years had made friends with the small children that lived there - that was before they moved away though thanks to the DE t.hreat.

The smile that had been starting to appear on her face faded at the thought of the fight with the new Dark Lord; that was unknown still. Maddie sighed, and started to walk slowly into the village, looking at the various shop displays. Her bag was hanging over her shoulder; which also contained her money and various other things.
